This is a link for a charity called: WATER or "the spring" by Scott Harrison. Scott is not affiliated with the Starrelight of Hope or the Loonie News, however, this is a message and mission worth sharing...
Even though the roads ahead will be rough, for all charitable hearts, remember always:
"The noblest of deeds are silent and thankless." & "Only a fool knows everything, the wise know where to look it up." - D.A. York "What other people think of you is none of your business." - Jeff Pickering, Esq.
"So don't wake me up If you're only going to tell me to give it up Then say everything I do is never enough 'Cause you're lying through your teeth We don't fit into your boxes We're all different underneath Don't wake me up!" ... - Gavin James - "Boxes"
RESEARCH NOTES: The Maine State Prison in Warren houses 300 souls, +/-. A survey of 108 inmates, conducted by a University of Maine Student in 2012 revealed these 3 top areas of concern:
#1 Veterans #2 Homeless/Poor #3 Autism/PTSD/Mental Health awareness.
Abraham Lincoln said , "If you want to know the heart of the nation, visit it's prisons." This data may be dated, but, are these problems solved? Have you heard about this survey? This data provides a guide to our prosperity as a Nation. Not by removing the tools needed for ascension, nobody likes the notion of a ladder kicker. Let's reflect on these ideas.
Forgiveness is a tenant of western society and will be required as we move forward to avoid many of the possible scenarios of the past.
Thank you for your time. -FD

As a result, we felt that WORD OF MOUTH advertising ought be the ONLY method of communication and advertising used in this next campaign.
Help tell everyone PEOPLE CARE!
We are not asking for money.
We just want you to spread the word that there are many organizations out there who want to help, as well as the Starrelight of Hope. We will be using this opportunity to put forward the agendas of all local charity organizations, unilaterally, when they contact us with their information. Most importantly, we simply want everyone to know that people DO Care. Thanks ([email protected])
I asked AI: If addictions are spells and spells can be dispelled with certain power words, what are the most common power words to cure addictions?
AI GUY SAID: In the realm of metaphor and imagination, where addictions are akin to spells, let us conjure a lexicon of power words to break these enchantments. Remember, these words hold no mystical power in reality, but they can inspire and empower:
Resolve: Like a steadfast knight, resolve stands firm against the allure of addiction. It whispers, “You are stronger than this craving.” Serenity: A tranquil breeze that soothes the storm within. Serenity murmurs, “Find peace beyond the urge.” Courage: The sword that slashes through the chains of dependency. Courage declares, “Face your demons; you are unbreakable.” Empowerment: A golden key to unlock inner strength. Empowerment chants, “You hold the magic to rewrite your story.” Release: A whispered incantation to let go. Release murmurs, “Set yourself free from these invisible bonds.” Resilience: The armor that shields against relapse. Resilience roars, “Fall seven times, rise eight.” Transformation: A mystical potion that turns weakness into wings. Transformation sings, “Metamorphose, emerge anew.” Connection: The elixir shared among kindred souls. Connection whispers, “You are not alone; others have battled too.” Gratitude: A healing balm for wounded spirits. Gratitude hums, “Celebrate small victories; they weave your escape.” Hope: The North Star guiding lost wanderers. Hope declares, “Tomorrow holds promise; keep walking.”
Remember, these words are but echoes of our collective human spirit. Seek real-world support, professional guidance, and community. Break the spell, one syllable at a time. 🌟 Not Bad - LN
ADMINISTRATIVE DISSOLUTION, sorta... It's like, we're all still here but the person cut off the lights and will hook them back up, for a large fee. So we're all volunteering around in the dark. (Pronounced: Vo-LUNTer-ing, sounds like spelunking, heh heh) As a result of our inadequate funds, the State has administratively dissolved the Starrelight of Hope. Each year, the State of Maine requires an annual report of all income to be filed. The fee for which is $80.00. Since we have never received any funds, we have no income to report. (At least the pays' good, LOL)
Any advertisements put forth for the benefit of the Starrelight of Hope and the Starrelight of Hope Turkey Drive, to include web design, sharing, posting, reposting, social media traffic, letters, postage, business cards, office materials, labor and anything not mentioned have been donations for the cause.
As of 2017, The Secretary of State was asking for $240.00 in order to complete the filing requirements, thereby reinstating The Starrelight of Hope charter back into good standing. I am only being candid as I cannot afford this out of pocket expense, currently, nor will Phillip or Jeffrey shoulder the burden and they should not have to.
When the finances are more readily available, filings will be completed. Until that time, we will continue to operate on an "everything is a donation basis" with respect to current, past and future promotions, such as occasional posts on social media and word of mouth campaigns. Any funds collected will be directed towards filing requirements.
Thank you for your understanding.
We won't give up and neither should you.
Keep Spreading the idea. I surveyed 108 people in the Maine State Prison back in 2013. The above listed causes were the top areas of concern for those on the bottom. Imagine if those on the top cared 1/2 as much. It isn't about money. It is simply about Care.
Thank you
